Our Strong Life Program
Why Staying Strong Is So Important
As you grow older, maintaining your physical strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility is an important aspect of maintaining your quality of life. The stronger you are, the more you will feel like doing those things you have always loved to do. The Strong Life Program at Vintage Gardens Assisted Living will help you live a strong and full life.
How Does The Strong Life Program Work?
After you move in to Vintage Gardens, you'll have the opportunity to be evaluated by our full-time personal trainer. This evaluation is needed to create a wellness and exercise program tailor-made for you. The personal trainer and you will then work one-on-one and in groups to maximize and maintain your strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. This program is performed in our state-of-the-art Strong Life Gym. The cost for this program is included in the monthly rent.
